The Origin of Humanity –
1. the Awkwardness of Evolution
Where do we come from?
There have been several theories:
- Chinese mythology credits Pangu with creating heaven and the earth, and Nuwa with creating people from clay.
- Prometheus made us out of mud and stole fire from heaven for us.
- The ram-headed god, Khnum moulded people from clay with a potter’s wheel, and his goddess, Heqet breathed life into the new body, so together, they two made new life.
- Celestials came to the earth.
- People were created by aliens.
- God created humans in his own image from clay.
- Evolution describes humans as evolving gradually from lower life forms.
- The most influential of these have been the last two, that God created us from clay, and evolution.
The awkwardness of evolution:
According to the theory of evolution, humans evolved from apes, apes might have evolved from rabbits, and rabbits came from worms. Worms may have evolved from microbes, and microbes from single-cell organisms which came into being by accidents in the sea, the vast “organic and fertile soup”.
Evolution is the result of inheritance, mutation, and natural selection; it is a slow and gradual process, and it advances in accordance with “natural selection; survival of the fittest, the law of the jungle”.
But is this really how it happened?
The process of any organism evolving into another is a very long process. Rabbits do not become monkeys overnight. One seed, from germination, to growth, flowering, fruiting, and decline, is a process. No step in the process can be skipped. If we take a picture of the seed every day, we will see its slow and gradual process of changing. Evolutionists believe firmly that we evolved from apes. There must be a slow and changing process with “intermediates” all along the way. That is to say, there should be some transitionals between simians and hominids. It would be impossible for apes to suddenly change into humans, where and what are these intermediates?
In 1924, anthropologists found fossils which they called “Australopithecus Africanus” (Southern ape of Africa) near the famous diamond town of Kimberley, South Africa. They then found “Australopithecus Boisei”, also called “Ape of Eastern African”, “Australopithecus Afarensis”, “Australopithecus Garhi”, and others. Particularly, they thought that “Java Man” was a transition between apes and humans. Based on these facts, evolutionists self-deceivingly claimed that they had made great achievements.
But do not be too satisfied; self-entertaining will bring no joy to others.
According to calculations based on molecular biology, the line that would lead to chimps and bonobos, and the one to humans was determined to have split somewhere between four and five million years ago, so what intermediates exist from between then and time of our earliest historical records, how were humans evolving? Were there any processes or intermediates? If not, does it mean that evolution stopped at that stage? If so, please show the evidence.
Again, I want to ask evolutionists which animals apes had evolved from? Can you also give us evidence? How can you prove that the four million-year-old fossils you found are our ancestors just because their shapes look similar? Can you prove that chickens are the ancestors of swans because you found a few chicken bones?
At the end of the twentieth century, a large number of fossils were discovered in Chengjiang County, Yunnan Province, China. The research showed that today’s diverse animals had actually appeared relatively suddenly, and it also proved the “correctness” of the theory of the “Cambrian Explosion”, which happened 530 million years ago.
The “Cambrian Explosion” theory says that more than 90% of all animal species appeared in a sudden “moment”, which means less than one percent of the earth’s total historical time. It is like mushrooms growing everywhere along ditches and grasslands after an overnight drizzle, which is by no means a slow and gradual process, so do evolutionists still have any far-fetched explanations on this?
Let me ask more: the obtuse angle of three congruent rhombi at the bottom of a beehive is 109°28′, and the acute angle is 70°32′, which is a most economic and sensible structure, so does this “wisdom” also come from evolution? Do roosters crowing, chicks breaking their egg shells, birds migrating, spiders webbing, eels discharging, chameleons changing color, weaver birds nestling, silkworms making cocoons, snails making shells, pigeons going home, and uncountable other apparent wisdoms of animals and insects come from evolution?
Let us reach a conclusion by quoting the wisdom of Charles Darwin, the originator of the theory of evolution, “If it could be demonstrated that any complex organ exists which could not possibly have been formed by numerous, successive, slight modifications, then my theory would absolutely break down”.
The birth of Lifechanyuan has “absolutely broken down” the theory of evolution; it cannot describe the origin of humanity; human beings did not evolve from lower animals.
